All project quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and may be adjusted if project scope changes.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard payment structure is:
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by client feedback delays, scope changes, or unforeseen technical challenges. We will communicate any timeline changes promptly.
Upon full payment, all custom code and designs created specifically for your project become your property. This excludes any third-party libraries, frameworks, or pre-existing code.
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless explicitly restricted by a non-disclosure agreement.

We provide a 30-day bug fix warranty from the date of project delivery. This covers defects in our workmanship but does not include:
Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet specific business outcomes.
InnoSource Technology's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
We will keep all client information confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law or with client consent. Clients agree to keep our proposals, methodologies, and pricing confidential.
Clients may terminate projects with written notice. Client will be invoiced for all work completed to date plus a cancellation fee of 25% of remaining project value.
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. For completed work, refunds will only be provided if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services and cannot remedy the situation.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
